VERNON PARKER saves home from foreclosure auction after campaign takes in $30K & finance committee announced

The day after Politico Mafioso published a story on Vernon Parker’s Paradise Valley home foreclosure and a $500K cash HELOC he received before running for PV city council in 2008, Parker finally made a mortgage payment.

Over the weekend, the Arizona Republic reported that Parker’s foreclosure loan servicer, Quality Loan Service Corp, confirmed Parker’s account had been brought current on Friday, April 6, 2012. That is same day Parker sent out a press release (read below) announcing the members of his campaign finance committee. TGIF?

On Monday April 9, 2012, Mike Sunnucks of the Phoenix Business Journal, wrote a fluff piece about all the “high profile sports business backers” on Parker’s campaign finance committee. Sunnucks didn’t mention the shocking foreclosure, $500k loan or past-due mortgage payment – just the sports money makers committed to helping Parker get elected.

Federal Election Commission records show Parker just filed his first quarter campaign finance report. The numbers show he raised almost $30,000 just a few days before his mortgage delinquency was paid.

Readers have been asking all weekend, did Vernon Parker channel Rod Tidwell and pull a Jerry Maguire? "Show. Me. The. Money. Jerry."

Jerry Colangelo has publicly endorsed Vernon Parker's 2012 congressional run and serves on his finance committee.

In Home Loan After Foreclosure real estate every home sale includes a "due diligence"
phase where all this documentation is provided for the buyer to review
and approve. Don't let some unknown and costly problem arise and jeopardize
the sale. By taking this easy step, you can "tighten up" the buyers time
periods and removal of contingencies deadlines. Let's keep those buyers
moving in the right direction, towards the close of escrow!
