PHOENIX, AZ -- U.S. Senator John McCain’s re-election campaign today announced a major expansion of its growing grassroots organization, with the addition of five new campaign offices as well as new field staff across Arizona.
The campaign is opening new regional offices in Lake Havasu City, Mesa, Prescott, Tucson and Yuma.
The new offices will serve the growing numbers of volunteers who are stepping up to make phone calls and walk precincts for John McCain.
The campaign is further adding a number of new field staff to man the new regional offices and harness the growing grassroots momentum for Senator McCain.
McCain 2010 Political Director Michael McCarlie is leading the field effort for Senator McCain.
McCarlie served as National Director of Voter Contact for Governor Mitt Romney’s 2008 presidential campaign, and has served the White House, on Capitol Hill, and worked on campaigns throughout the country, including President Bush’s 2004 re-election campaign.
Arizona native and longtime McCain aide Mark Buse, who most recently served as the Senator’s Chief of Staff, will serve as McCain 2010 Campaign Manager, and former Arizona Attorney General Grant Woods will serve as a Senior Adviser.
