Did the 'Illegal Immigration" Issue affect the Phoenix City Elections Yesterday?

ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION, a very controversial issue in National Politics the past few years, was 'THE' issue used by some candidates in yesterday's Phoenix City Elections.

STACEY O'CONNELL, the candidate for the Goldwater/Pearce/Haney Kabol wing of the Republican Party, ran for the Phoenix City Council District 1 seat being held by Dave Seibert, who was term limited.

O'Connell, favorite of AZ Political Imbeciles , the #2 Rated Clone Blog, was hoping for a runoff vs Thelda Williams. Williams, a former City Council Member, won the election by a wide margin.

I want to say this about Mr. O'Connell. I salute his service to our country; he was a US Marine from 1987 to 1991. He honorably served in Desert Storm.
For that, we all need to applaud him.

But to run for the City Council of the country's 5th largest city, you must have more qualifications than just being "anti-Illegal Immigration". And running exclusively on that platform won't win you an election (can you say Don Goldwater?).
Then to post a photo of Sheriff Joe Arpaio on your website implying that he "endorsed" you? Not Good!
So the answer to the above question? NO!!!

BTW, the AZ Political Imbeciles have posted an "article" on their Blog about us not being on some web site rating. Well Imbeciles, you best do a better job of homework. We happen to be rated there CLICK HERE.

They question why they dropped from #2 to #15 this week on the Blog Net News Arizona Influence Poll? Could it be the drivel you post there? I promise you, we will ALWAYS think of you Imbeciles as #2!!!

I tried to post this earlier on the AZ Politcal Intel Blog earlier and it hasn't shown up yet:

"What is the matter little Blogger? Are you having a bad hair day? Are you suffering from an insecurity anxiety attack? Or post Phoenix Election depression? I am sorry but the “Minutemen and order – shoot em up on the border” brigade didn't quite get the traction needed to bring home the bacon.

"Your Blog doesn't get any either, and I don't mean “Apparently”. I had to scroll down for almost 2 weeks to detect a reply to a Post, and that one was merely a question. Excuse me, but labeling others with derogatory names and in sophomoric terms doesn't earn many browning points those days. Such was clearly demonstrated by John McCain in his reply to a punk who had questioned the Senator’s age during the recent candidate’s debate."

Horst I fully agree. Must have been a bad day for all the CLONE BLOGS as they ALL endorsed the losers of this election. Their numbers grow smaller by the day. They can't handle that Senator McCain is now ahead of their candidate, Mitt Romney
