Phil Townsend, the Chairman of the Yuma County Republicans and possible candidate for AZ GOP Chairman, is the one in charge of Victory 2010!  His team has raised so far over $2 Million for this cycle.

Westerman: Rep. Patterson is not above the law


The search is on for state Rep. Daniel Patterson.

The Democratic lawmaker is "evading service," according to sheriff's authorities, for an order of protection filed by his estranged wife. Patterson's disappearance was reported this week by the Tucson Weekly, and now Pima County Republican Chairman Bob Westman is calling on Patterson to come out of hiding and finally be honest with law enforcement and the voters.

"It's unclear at this point whether Rep. Patterson is even residing in Legislative District 29, likely making him ineligable to serve or even run for office there," Westerman said. "Politicians are not above the law, and Rep. Patterson is no exception -- despite the perks he receives from serving in office. It's time for Rep. Patterson to come out of hiding, face authorities and answer to his constituents."

Patterson has a history of eratic and unethical behavior. He was scolded in 2009 for impuning fellow lawmakers via Twitter, and this year his bad bahavior resulted in his being banned from the House Military Affairs and Public Safety Committee.

Overheard at a Deer Valley Target store:  Current AZ House Representative Tom Boone (R-Peoria) should be shopping for pink accessories to compliment the pink boxers he'll be forced to wear once he's "on the inside".   Boone and his multi school district, inter-governmental $cheme$ have come under fire in a recent TV news exposé, newspaper articles and an AG investigation. What if Sheriff Joe owned a for-profit quasi-governmental agency that was the sole-provider of health insurance, construction services and/or productsto 2/3 of the law enforcement officers and agencies in the State of Arizona?  Hmmm.....
