Voters in Arizona and across America are sending a clear message this year: Its time to shake things up and STOP the spending! Big spenders across the country have been roundly defeated this election year for embracing the corrupt and wasteful earmark spending process, which has landed Members of Congress in jail and mortgaged our children’s futures. And Arizonans have said the same thing loud and clear.
Despite the trillions in debt piling up from the Obama spending spree, Senator McCain’s liberal Democrat opponent Rodney Glassman promises to spend billions upon billions more. In fact, Glassman has based his entire campaign on attacking Senator McCain for his long and sometimes lonely fight to stop earmarks and wasteful spending in Washington. Glassman has in fact promised to increase -- not cut -- federal spending.
It should be no surprise that Rodney Glassman, who supports ObamaCare and actually wants to spend billions more on a second
so-called “Stimulus 2,” would want to keep on spending more of your hard-earned tax dollars. After all, Glassman has embraced the entire Obama agenda -- from saying “no” to common sense border security measures to opposing SB 1070 to joining hands with the leaders of the boycott against Arizona.
Arizona deserves a Senator who will stand up to the big spenders in Washington, not join them. This election is about getting our fiscal house in order, and it’s clear from his liberal big spending agenda that Rodney Glassman just doesn’t get it.
But John McCain needs your help. We must re-elect John McCain and say no to the Obama-Pelosi-Reid agenda. Let's send a strong message to Washington this year that the spending has to stop. Please join our fight by volunteering your time and resources today. You can sign up to volunteer on our campaign here and you can donate to the campaign here. Tell your friends and neighbors that we must say NO MORE to mortgaging our future.
Thank you for everything you have done and will do to re-elect John McCain. John and Cindy are grateful for your help and assistance. There are only 48 days left until Election Day. Let's keep up the momentum!
Thanks,
Mark Buse
Campaign Manager, McCain 2010
