The Carl Seel-mobile
“Representative Seel has spent more
time facing the law than writing them,” reads the
mailer. The second piece, which was expected to land
today and was funded by a drapery cleaning company,
claims Seel used Clean Elections funding to purchase
computers, a digital camera, a GPS device and an audio
system for the “Seel-Mobile.” Both mailers
emphatically proclaim that Seel “is bad for business
