It’s scary, but absolutely true. It is an incredible story about a prosecutor, Andrew Thomas, who used the power of the government to achieve his political objectives. Now, Thomas is under criminal investigation by the FBI (source: Arizona Republic March 5, 2010).
Andrew Thomas filed dozens of political lawsuits costing taxpayers millions of dollars. He sued and tried to indict judges, political opponents, dozens of innocent people who stood in his way. Every one of these cases was dismissed or dropped for lack of evidence.
That’s why the court said “Thomas’ actions are unethical and have the “appearance of evil.” —Court Decision (court case No. 422GJ350, February 6, 2009). And that Thomas had prosecuted people for personal political advantage and for personal political retribution. (court case CR2010-005423-001, February 24, 2010).
