Senator John McCain Endorsed by 31 Arizona Mayors

February 16, 2010

U.S. Senator John McCain’s re-election campaign yesterday announced that 31 Mayors from across Arizona have endorsed Senator John McCain for re-election to the United States Senate.

This broad coalition of Mayors from big cities and small towns across Arizona comes only days after the state’s entire Republican Congressional delegation endorsed Senator McCain’s re-election.

The Mayors join the McCain 2010 Leadership Committee, heading the growing grassroots organization to re-elect John McCain to the U.S. Senate.

In case you missed the live stream of the event you can read the press release here.

You can also hear Senator McCain's introduction by Tempe Mayor Hugh Hallman here.

Below are a few photos from yesterday.
Thank you to everyone that came out for this great event.

Good for McCain. Bi-partisanship is a tough thing to accomplish.

And Good for McCain because he's the best option for Arizona. Any blowhard to try and take his seat would be making a wrong choice.

the front-runner here is McCain. hayworth is unexperienced (congress reps agreed he was the least effective) while mccain has got all the years of congress, the gov AND monetary support. Hayworth would be criticized within the first month for disintegrating voters' trust.
