If you live in NH, email your State Reps -- the ones for your town. Their contact info is at: http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/ns/whosmyleg/
If you DON'T live in NH, blast an email to every NH State Rep. You can download the list of all NH State Reps' emails at: http://www.gencourt.state.nh.us/house/members/rosterdownloads.html

Respectfully ask that they overturn the committee ITL and pass HCR6.
Don't make it a long email; 2-3 sentences will do. Short and respectful.
