The 'BIGGEST' Game of the Year for OUR Arizona Cardinals traveling to Seattle to face the
SeaGulls on Sunday. Lets take a close look at this match-up....
Cardinal
Male northern cardinal (Cardinalis cardinalis). Songbird (Cardinalis cardinalis, family Fringillidae or Emberizidae) of North America, primarily east of the Rocky Mountains. It is 8 in. (20 cm) long and has a pointed crest. The male is bright red, the female a duller red or olive-brown. Pairs of cardinals utter loud, clear whistling notes year-round in gardens and open woodlands. They feed on insects, wild seeds, and fruits. Cardinals are especially abundant in the southeastern U.S. and have been introduced into Hawaii, southern California, and Bermuda. Related species also called cardinals live in South America.

So sad to see a fellow McCain blogger so mis-informed about the Seattle Seahawks. The Seahawk is otherwise known as an Osprey, which is a bird of prey noted for the way it catches fish. It grips them longitudinally rather than sideways, as many other hawks will do. Then it proceeds to rip the guts out of the fish as it flys away with it in its talons. I've seen them do this along the Rogue River in southern Oregon. It is truly an amazing sight. Now, we can talk about what a seahawk is capable of doing to a cardinal, which is an overgrown nuthatch. That it is bright red means it's an easier target to spot. But I wouldn;t want to shock you too much. Fortunately the color of the cardinal means you won;t see the blood quite so obviously.

Well my friend, there was a game earlier this year where the Cardinals beat Seattle. And they beat them, not only on the scoreboard, but physically too. That is going to be the key. Even though the Cards are shorthanded, I still think they match up well against Seattle.
And the final score:
Seahawks: 42
Cardinals: 21
Go Seahawks; Go McCain. And we thank you for your support. :-)
