"free markets"? go to the AZ state web site and look at all the hoops financial/mortgage/realtors have to jump through.
people are taken advantage of by predators...in any business...financial issues are complex and people are often swindled...financial sales people have fiduciary responsibilities beyond just making a buck when servicing the public.
