Wake Up Arizona! Launches Campaign to Inform Public of Problems with Arizona’s Employer Sanctions Law
New law could inflict serious damage on Arizona economy, job market

PHOENIX (July 16, 2007) – The newly formed coalition, Wake Up Arizona!, will launch its campaign to inform the Arizona public of the alarming unintended consequences of the state’s new employer sanctions law at a press conference on Tuesday, July 17, 2007.

Set to go into effect on January 1, 2008, the new law could have a potentially devastating impact on Arizona’s economy and future job growth.

Business and community leaders representing key sectors of the Arizona economy will appear at the event to discuss how every Arizonan’s job is at risk under this new law.
