Charles Barkley, THE LIBERAL, speaks out on Politics.....

Former Phoenix Sun and now TNT commentator, Charles Barkley, on yesterday's "Sports Show with Brad Cesmat" on Channel 3, did an interview about politics. In the interview, Barkley, who one time admitted to losing over $10 Million in gambling, talked about the chances of the candidates running for President in 2008. Barkley said that Hillary has no chance because she is a woman; Obaba has no chance because he is black; McCain has no chance because he has no personality? (great endorsement from a Liberal Moron like you Chuckie?)

Who does the Chuckster like? John Edwards, trial lawyer for the rich doctors, is his choice. I think all that gambling has rotted your brain Chuckie. He once said, "I am NOT a roll model". How true is that?

One more thing. Barkley has consistently picked against the Phoenix Suns his whole TV commentator career. I think I know why? One reason is when the Suns win the title (and they WILL if not this year, within the next couple of years), Barkley will be nothing in Phoenix. He will be forgotten. Barkley's 15 minutes of fame should have been up years ago.

Here is the link to the video from last night's show:

"I was a Republican - until they lost their minds." Charles Barkley

BTW, I hear that Steve Nash is one of those Eeeeeeeeeeevil Libruls too.

That may be Zelph, but Steve Nash doesn't go around saying what his political views are, the man just plays Basketball, his livelyhood. Barkley is a has-been who's 15 minutes of fame is nearly up. The NBA Commissioner, David Stern, is holding talks with TNT, Barkley's current employer. I imagine his gambling habit will be part of those discussions. Remember Pete Rose? And YES Zelph, Liberals ARE EVIL!!!

Oh, really?

Nash was the first high profile athlete to come out against Dick Cheney's "war of a generation" showing up at the 2003 All-Star game in 2003 wearing a T-shirt that read, "Shoot baskets not people." When questioned on his incendiary attire, Nash said, "I think that war is wrong in 99.9 percent of all cases. I think [Operation Iraqi Freedom] has much more to do with oil or some sort of distraction, because I don't feel as though we should be worrying about Iraq." He also showed far more prescience than Bush, Cheney, Colin Powell or Condoleeza Rice saying, "I think that Saddam Hussein is a crazy dictator but I don't think he's threatening us at this point in time. We haven't found any nuclear weapons -- no matter what anyone says -- and that process is still under way. Until that's finished and decided I don't think that war is acceptable." He then reiterated his position that, "Unfortunately, this is more about oil than it is about nuclear weapons."

He shoots, he scores! Google "Steve Nash" and "politics" and there's plenty more.

Zelph,
Poor Steve Nash, raised in the Socialist Republic of Canada, cannot help himself. (Maybe there is a place for you yet Zelph...LOL J/K). Barkley & Nash have something in common, neither has won the title. Nash has a couple of years left to change that, as a lifelong Phoenix Suns fan I hope he wins. Would make Charles Barkley just an asterisk in Suns history.

I'm also a lifelong Suns fan, Tony. See, we do have something in common. Go Suns!
