The Liberal 'Arizona Republic' and their cartoonist Steve Benson are at it again. Back on September 14th Benson ran his 1st 'Herman Munsil' cartoon attempting to demonize Republican nominee Len Munsil . Now Benson, apologist for Gov. 'VETO' Napolitiano, tries again to put Mr. Munsil in a bad light. Benson must be scared that Munsil can win. I think the Munsil campaign appreciates the tie in to President Ronald Reagan. And the Republic wonders why their subscribers cancel? Once the 15th largest newspaper in America, the Arizona Republic now ranks 18th in the 5th largest city. Coinsidence? I think not. The Republic has been losing subscribers since 2004 and it looks to me like this trend is continuing!!

The Arizona Republican liberal? You have got be be kidding me. Fuhgeddabowdit!
Honestly, bullying actual liberal media outlets for their liberalism is a useful way of working the refs, but when you try to do it to a solidly conservative publication like the Republican, which happens to let through a peep of contrary viewpoint, you just look wild-eyed batshit crazy.
Michael,
Those days of the Arizona 'Republican' are long gone. They died along with the Pullium's who founded the paper. You think the Republic is conservative? At one time it was, but that was over 25 years ago. They ought to re-name it the "VETO Napolitano Bugle".....LOL!
