EXQUEEZE ME? That is news to me and many other longtime Republicans here in Arizona. Carl Seel, candidate for LD-6 House of Representatives said that in the Clean Elections Debate. Seel, who brags about being appointed as the "Assistant Sergeant-Of-Arms of the Arizona Republican Party in that video, only got that 'job' because the Party was tired of him pestering them. My sources within the AZ GOP tell me that Seel was given that job to 'keep him quiet'. Didn't work.
Carl Seel came from California in 2003 to run for political office since he couldn't win an election in California. In 2004, Seel ran for the Arizona Corporation Commission against Kris Mayes. When asked by the Arizona Republic Editorial Board as to why he was running for that office, Seel told them, "It was the only office I could qualify for". (Because of resident requirements)

As you can see, Mr. Seel hasn't had much luck in elections. In his two elections in Arizona, Seel managed to get some of his competition taken off the ballot. He made a big deal out of some problems' these candidates may have had. Mr. Seel had his own small problem:
"A lot of people, some people, say, "Oh you're just talking about illegal immigration." Well. Think about it today. When you, uh, got up this morning and you, uh, got ready for your day and you got out on the road. There's a large number of people on the road that are not legally here and don't have auto insurance. And, your auto insurance rates are affected by that."District 6 OPEN

Carl Seel finally won an election; he was elected as the Chairman of the Pachyderm Coalition. The last meeting Seel ran over at Deer Valley Airport, only a dozen people bothered to show up. Former candidate for Governor Don Goldwater was asked to come back to clean up the mess. Don will do a great job and has already increased meeting attendance.
Carl Seel has been endorsed by Rep. Russell Pearce. Guess this means that Seel has the Wife Beater, Neo-Nazi, Racist vote all sewed up?
A Republican who will restore fiscal discipline? I think you must first show fiscal discipline in your own life. Seems that Mr. Seel has not made his house payments in quite a while; so much so that a TRUSTEE SALE has been set.

Now that Mr. Seel has received $27,556.94 from Clean Elections, some are wondering if there will be a 'miraculous' payoff of his many months of mortgage arrears with CCEC taxpayer $$$. In 2006, he spent thousands of $$$ in the last couple of days - around $3,000 on a parachute advertisement. Thanks CCEC.
I wonder how the voters of District 6 will look at this 'record' of Carl Seel? I think I know what they will say! NO! Again.
