Wade Anniversary   WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, U.S. Congressman Paul A. Gosar, D.D.S (R - AZ) issued the following statement on the 40th anniversary of the Supreme Court’s Roe v. Wade decision. “As a dentist and health care provider for over 25 years, I am fully committed to protecting the unborn and upholding the sanctity of life. We should not celebrate Roe v. Wade today, but rather pause and reflect on the nearly 50 million lives lost.” “It is our moral and constitutional obligation that the life of every human being, born and unborn, is respected and protected under the law.” Earlier this month, Congressman Gosar co-sponsored the Title X Abortion Provider Prohibition Act (H.R.217), which prohibits federal funding for Planned Parenthood or any other organization that provides abortions.
