"Barack Obama has won a second term by dividing and conquering America. This is a fact that cannot be disputed.
The question is -- will the president interpret his win as a mandate and seek revenge on republicans or will he finally become the unifier he promised American voters when he first won in 2008.
America is a divided country. The split popular vote in the election speaks to this. Democrats control the senate and the house is in the hands of republicans.
All presidential second terms are problematic. Obama not only overlooks a financial cliff but there are real foreign threats as our international financial and defense stature faces decline.
The president must take his victory and pivot to meet America in the middle. The country cannot afford four years of gridlock and further decline. Mr. Obama's future and the country's, also depends on him finally working with instead of fighting the loyal opposition."
