Washington, DC – Today, Club for Growth Action announced the beginning of an aggressive campaign to expose conservative “imposter” Wil Cardon’s support for a $9 billion dollar tax increase and his membership in the liberal Urban Land Institute, which supports increased gas taxes, cap and trade energy taxes, and even wants to place a transponder in vehicles so the government can tax Arizonans for every mile they drive. Club for Growth Action will spend $500,000 on these initial ads, which will start airing tomorrow on broadcast and cable stations throughout Arizona.
The initial campaign will consist of two different 15-second TV ads, and a sixty second radio ad:
