RNC Chairman Reince Priebus Statement on the ObamaCare Supreme Court Hearing

WASHINGTON - Republican National Committee (RNC) Chairman Reince Priebus released the following statement on the Supreme Court hearing on the constitutionality of ObamaCare:

"Today ObamaCare goes before the Supreme Court, with the
majority of Americans hoping the justices judge the law for what it is:
unconstitutional," said RNC Chairman Reince Priebus. "Two-thirds of Americans, according to recent polling, want the Court to end all or part of ObamaCare. "Regardless of the Court's decision, voters have already declared ObamaCare guilty--guilty of increasing health care costs, growing government, cutting Medicare, and undermining the Constitution.

"Last week marked the second anniversary of ObamaCare, but
the president stayed conspicuously silent on his signature 'achievement.' Clearly, he and his fellow Democrats are running away from their failed law, rather than running on their records.

"We must end ObamaCare one way or another before it makes
health care unaffordable, destroys small businesses, robs Americans of individual liberty, and denies care to seniors. Electing Republicans in November is the only way to ensure we pursue real reforms that leave important health care choices to patients and not to government bureaucrats."
