As the campaign goes on, Ben continues to fight for Arizona in Washington. Just this week, Ben co-sponsored legislation to address the growing problem of border tunnels. At the same time, Ben launched his first campaign commercial to keep President Obama and Attorney General Holder accountable for Fast and Furious.
In discussing the border tunnel bill, Ben stated, "This legislation is vital to the country and my home state of Arizona to combat these cross-border tunnels that are used by ruthless criminal organizations..."
Arizona has more than 90 tunnels under our border, the most of any state.Simply stating that something should be done is not enough. Ben is taking the fight to protect Arizona and America to Washington.
Ben is also keeping the attention on Eric Holder and President Obama. "Drug cartel members, using Fast and Furious weapons, took the life of Border Patrol Agent Brian A. Terry near Phoenix and they continue to pose a serious threat to American citizens, especially the men and women who protect our borders. We need to know exactly what the Attorney General knew, when he knew it and whether his testimony before Members of Congress was truthful."
