In the spirit of party building, may I suggest Kevin Robert Theriault as a new addition to the AZGOP staff?
A 42-year-old Chandler man was arrested Monday on charges of indecent exposure after police said he was seen masturbating in front of a woman wearing a Statue of Liberty costume.
Kevin Robert Theriault faces three charges of public sexual indecency and three charges of indecent exposure.He has the requisite criminal record, plus, he's obviously patriotic. I mean, who's not turned on by the Statue of Liberty?
