Incompetence, or Failed Attempt at Humor?



Why did last Friday's Maricopa County Republican Briefs refer to Congressman Ben Quayle as "Dan Quayle" twice?


Was it sheer incompetence, or an immature attempt at humor?


Neither would be surprising coming from that cast of clowns.
