It’s not every day that you see this...
But the most desperate times call for the most desperate measures.
The Arizona Democrat Party has shown their hand. They’ve all but conceded the race. Now, their goal is promoting not former Chairman Harry Mitchell, but the third party candidate, using language and imagery that humiliates the liberal agenda and says Obama and Pelosi have gone too far.
To counter these misleading mailers, we need to raise a few more dollars to get-out-the-vote.
Stand up to far left organizations and the Arizona Democrat Party’s misleading attempt to play trick-or-treat with this election.
Help David Schweikert in the final push. We need to raise another $17,500 to get-out-the-vote through Tuesday.
Your help will deliver our victory plan to every targeted neighborhood it is going to take to win this election. But we cannot get there without your help.
The good news is this.
It looks like whoever pulled the data for the Arizona Democrat Party was thoroughly confused. Here in Arizona, more than 60% of the vote takes place through the mail.
Our friends on the other side made a very embarrassing mistake.
They mailed early balloters - - WHO HAD ALREADY VOTED!
This is the kind of incompetence that has become the norm in Washington - - a failed stimulus that did everything but create jobs, bailouts that have thrown us deeper and deeper into recession, a staggering level of spending with no end in sight… WE DESERVE BETTER!
Bad government, big government, and government that wastes our tax dollars is something we can defeat this year, in the most important election of our lifetime.
The patrons of the Arizona Democrat Party need to know that their generous support for liberalism is now being used to bash the Obama-Pelosi agenda.
Supporters of Congressman Harry Mitchell need to know that their Democrat Party has abandoned former Chairman Mitchell in a last ditch attempt to skewer Republican turnout.
Arizona has had enough with this kind of trickery and misleading nonsense.
This election, we are choosing true leaders that will fight for us – PERIOD!
No more game playing and political jockeying. Supporting leaders that will reduce taxes, energize the private sector, protect our community, and preserve our economic freedom is a must. We have no choice but to defend our republic against the kinds of tyranny we see on the horizon.
David Schweikert needs your help today.
Please donate to his campaign so that we can fully deliver our 72-hour victory program.
The Arizona Democrat Party has conceded this race. Now it’s our time to turnout victory.
Your support today will make that happen!

2010 Race of the Day: The Newly-Vulnerable Arizona Dem
October 30, 2010
In southwestern Arizona, newly vulnerable Democrat incumbent Raúl Grijalva is locked in an unexpectedly tight race against rocket scientist and Republican candidate Ruth McClung. As McClung rapidly gains momentum and bolsters up her fundraising, she continues to present a stiff challenge for the four-term incumbent representing Arizona’s Seventh Congressional District. Although the district traditionally favors Democrats, the political narrative for 2010 tells a different story.
According to The Hill, two recent polls show McClung in dead heat with Grijalva. In addition, McClung’s “moneybomb” website attracted $100,000 in online donations in a single day. Ratings changes from nonpartisan political analysts also suggest that the race has tightened. Cook Political Report recently changed its rating of the race from “solidly Democratic” to “likely Democratic.”
As Democrats across the country become increasingly vulnerable, and the national party abandons their own members who have little chance of reelection, the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC) has recently made a last-minute decision to swoop in to try and save Grijalva. However, a bailout from his Washington friends won’t be enough for Grijalva to hide from his support for an economic boycott of his home-state of Arizona and his controversial opposition to SB 1070 – a law that 70 percent of Arizona voters approve of. With a record of rubberstamping the Democrat majority’s job-killing agenda more than 96 percent of the time, Grijalva is clearly fighting for survival.
From now until Election Day, Raúl Grijalva will be forced to defend his out-of-touch values, as Ruth McClung continues to present Arizona voters with a clear alternative. McClung’s recent fundraising success has led her to acheive “On the Radar” status in the NRCC’s Young Guns program. Please visit Ruth McClung’s website for more information about this emerging race.

Giffords facing major upset?

Just days before the general election, 12 News political insider Chris Herstam says on this weekend's "Sunday Square Off" that the 8th Congressional District race between Democratic US Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and Republican Jesse Kelly is "dead even."
"The Tea Party (backed) Jesse Kelly could very easily upset Gabrielle Giffords in CD8," says Herstam, who said he had spoken with top Democrats and Republicans who had polled the district.
Herstam made national political headlines on "Square Off" in mid-September when he was the first to publicly ring the alarm about Democrat Raul Grijalva's unexpectedly strong challenge from rookie Republican candidate Ruth McClung. That race is now rated a "toss-up" by several analysts.
Herstam also reveals the role that Karl Rove played in reconciling the state's top Republicans for the sake of a huge fund drive to help Arizona's GOP congressional candidates
