Federal appeals court strikes down law requiring voters to prove they are citizens before registering to vote.
Governor Jan Brewer:
"I spoke with Neil Cavuto yesterday about the outrageous 9th Circuit Court of Appeal decision to strike down Arizona's law the requires citizens to provide proof of citizenship when they register to vote. As I told Neil, it seems as if Arizona is under attack. "
