HORNE: ALLEGATIONS OF CORRUPTION PROVE THOMAS UNFIT FOR OFFICE
Today Maricopa County Attorney Rick Romley released important information about Thomas pursuing criminal charges after they had been rejected by a grand jury, without disclosing that rejection to numerous parties to whom he had a duty to disclose or to the public.
These are stunning revelations, but no surprise, since we know the FBI is investigating Thomas for misusing his office to pursue political prosecutions at taxpayer expense. And we know an active investigation is underway by the State Bar that could result in Thomas's losing his law license.
