SENATOR JOHN McCAIN ACCEPTS INVITATIONS FOR DEBATES IN PHOENIX AND TUCSON JULY 16-17
PHOENIX, AZ -- U.S. Senator John McCain’s re-election campaign today announced that Senator McCain today accepted invitations from 3TV-Phoenix (KTVK) and PBS 6-Tucson’s “Arizona Illustrated” (KUAT) for debates with all Republican candidates for U.S. Senate on July 16th and 17th. The 3TV debate will be held at 3TV’s studios in Phoenix on Friday, July 16th at 7:00 p.m. PT, while the PBS 6 debate will be held at the “Arizona Illustrated” studios in Tucson on Saturday, July 17th at 7:00 p.m. PT.
“Senator McCain looks forward to a spirited discussion on the issues facing Arizonans today, including our economy, national security, border security, as well as health care and many other challenges,” said McCain 2010 Communications Director Brian Rogers.
