Court Issues Order of Protection Against Minuteman Founder
Chris Simcox is involved in a bitter divorce with his estranged wife.
KFYI News) The former head of the Arizona Minuteman Civil Defense Force may find himself in trouble with the law.
Chris Simcox is involved in a bitter divorce with his estrangfed wife, and a court has issued an order of protection after allegations of violence. So far, Simcox has not allowed himself to be served with that order.
Stacey O'Connell, co-owner of Fugitive Recovery Services of Arizona is charged with finding Simcox to have the protective order served. O'Connell says a midnight deadline Thursday night came and went.
O'Connell says Simcox is to turn over any firearms he owns, but so far, he is evading service. There is no arrest warrant for Simcox, but O'Connell says one could be issued in the near future.
