The Arizona Republican is rallying voters for a republican hopeful in New Hampshire, US Senate candidate Kelly Ayotte.
The two held a town meeting at a Nashua middle school on Saturday morning.
The last time the senator was in the Granite State was two days before the presidential election.
McCain won New Hampshire's GOP presidential primaries in 2000 and 2008.
On Friday, the former republican presidential candidate hosted a fundraiser for Ayotte.
