As many of you, when the Cardinals lost the coin toss in Overtime, I thought this game might have been over. The Cards Defense, which had been MIA the entire second half, stepped up and on a 3rd Down play, CB Michael Adams, by far the smallest player on the field, caused a fumble by Green Bay QB Aaron Rodgers that was scooped up by LB Karlos Dansby and returned for the game winning score.
What a fantastic game. This could be the beginning of another Super Bowl run, just like last year. Next Saturday's game vs the Saints could be more of the same. GO CARDINALS!

The problem is that the Cardinals do not have a consistent defense and may well see 45 points scored on them by New Orleans. I will be rooting for the Cardinals, though I lack the faith you do!
Greg you are correct! The Cards D is lacking, especially the secondary. But the good news is that the Saints are a good match up for the Cardinals. Did you happen to see the Saints vs the Redskins a couple of weeks ago? The Skins' scheme stuffed the Saints; the following 2 weeks the Saints got beat by teams going after Drew Breez. I think we will see a repeat of the Packer game and with the game being played in a dome on artificial turf, the Cards chances are high! Kurt Warner is on a roll and think, if Anquan Boldin returns just another weapon for the Cards high flying passing attack. Plus the Cards rushing game has improved 100 fold (156 yds vs GB the #2 D).
Tony:
I love your enthusiasm. I agree the Saints are vulnerable, but their offense is incredible. It is like the Dan Fouts Chargers of an age gone by. The Saints win if they get more offensive possessions! I love Warner as a player and an all around great human, so I am pulling for the Cards. I was so bummed about the Pitt win last time as the Steelers are an arch enemy of anyone who lives in Houston and loves football!
