SHERIDAN FOLGER:Forced Predictions of 2010
The Don o’er at PoliticoMafioso.com requested 2010 Predictions from his gang. Typically I don’t do predictions or nearly anything else I’m asked for that matter. Just check with my wife. However, who the hell says “No” to the Don?
We’ve all seen Godfather (unless you’re a moron).
I offered up the following as my first response: “Everything, on every level, will continue to suck.
The biggest change: It’ll suck more than last year.”This of course was responded to with a request for a bit “more”. Fine.
Here are my 11 predictions for 2010.
Wait why 11 and not 10 predictions for 2010? Well that’s an easy one tater-tot because 11 is one more. (Anyone that has had their spine tapped knows that . . . sheesh).
These are presented in NO particular order, however they are numbered (out of order) in order to prove to those that have trouble counting on their own (*waves at the libtards*) that there is in fact 11.
7. Sarah Palin will lose ground in positioning herself for a POTUS run, however she will raise and give more money to better candidates than the RNC. Jeb Bush will (yep another Bush) will begin to take over the spotlight. Both of these things will irritate the hell out of libtards therefore making me extremely pleased for that simple fact alone. George Bush will be blamed for both.
2. Climate Change will change its soiled panties in an attempt to disguise itself so that the Global Warming puppets can assist zerO in passing some demented version of Scalp and Fade er, eh Cap and Trade. This will be strongly supported by pot-smoking “climatologists” and other such pretend scientists. George Bush will be blamed for this.
10. The United States will again be the victim of a severe terrorist attack perpetrated by the vile hate that is Islam. zerO’s administration will not respond preemptively, timely or appropriately. Libtards will note a collapse in the intelligence community, errors by many agencies and of course it will all be because of George Bush’s policies. George Bush will be blamed for the entire thing.
1. I think the GOP has a good chance of taking back the US Congress. (In fact I say we pick up 25 Congressional seats) The RNC will do everything possible to make this task as difficult as possible and therefore the GOP will most likely not succeed. The GOP will gain enough seats in the US Senate to annoy the left and have a filibuster success. Over all the misguided sections of the Tea Party folks and Glenn Beck will further divide not only the Republican party but both the 912 group and the Tea Party folks as well. Democrats will piss themselves with glee over the division thinking it strengthens their ranks and of course blame said division on George Bush.
8. ALL incumbents will be scared shitless for the entire year. This amuses me so much that it nearly warrants allowing them to stay on another year simply to watch them scamper about trembling. Saddened Incumbents of both parties will blame George Bush.
3. The US and zerO’s administration will continue to spend money like there is no tomorrow in hopes that there actually will not be a tomorrow. As a result China will begin phase three of their silent war on the United States and stop buying up US Debt of course even more financial chaos will ensue. Libtards will scream that Bush started all of the spending yada yada yada and George Bush will be blamed for the entire thing.
9. Israel will take the offensive and launch some type of military strike on Iran in an attempt to prevent the Iraniacs from getting the bomb. Several weeks afterwards we will find out Iran does in fact have the bomb. zerO will mostly remain silent in regards to, up to and during this event praying he can make use of it for some half-assed political gain. If it is successful he will claim backroom involvement amongst other non-sense. The acquiring of the bomb in Iran will coincide with the growing angst of the protestors and democracy movement erupting into even more of a mess than Iran already is. Both ways zerO and the libtards will blame the entire situation on George Bush.
4. zerO will not succeed in removing all or even most US troops from either Iraq or Afghanistan. He will also continue to bow, acquiesce, beg and apologize all for naught as the rest of the world will continue to disregard him as a likeable yet inexperienced fool and extend none of the help he wants in either country. In short expect a WHOLE lot of “dithering”. Libtards will cry political obstruction and misinformation from the Republicans. zerO will state: “My Administration has heard from our military commanders and diplomats. We have consulted with the Afghan and Pakistani governments; with our partners and NATO allies; and with other donors and international organizations. And we have also worked closely with members of Congress here at home. Now, I’d like to speak clearly and candidly to the American people. The situation is increasingly perilous. We will soon announce a comprehensive, new strategy for Afghanistan and Pakistan.” Libtards will repeat variants of this statement often and sternly. zerO and the libtards will repeat this 275 times. Libtards will go quiet on the issue mid year, just prior to the elections they once again will scream for the immediate withdrawal of all troops blaming George Bush for the entire dilemma.
11. zerO will begin a hard push for some form of Illegal-Amnesty, there will be tough talk from normally wuss-bag administration until they realize how close to mid-term elections they really are at which point they will drop even the idea of touching immigration and focus on a mad dash to “the middle”. This dash will of course be interrupted by the retirement of SCOTUS Ruth Bader Ginsburg. While jogging in place zerO will assure the American People that the new nominee will have a “breadth of perspective that will be invaluable as a Supreme Court justice” and that “There will be no litmus test so to speak.” He will then begin a dizzying sprint to find a judicial nominee so far left that Sotomayor will become the conservative face of the SCOTUS. zerO will blame the lack of securing some form of Illegal Immigration reform on George Bush and his libtard buddies will blame the appointment of a socialist lunatic to SCOTUS as needed to balance the court due to George Bush.
5. The price of Oil will once again blast through the stratosphere reaching $130.00 a barrel. After-all 2010 will conveniently have a summer just like last year. Iran will likely mess about in the Strait of Hormuz in retaliation or perhaps preemptive of actions from Israel (See number 9) destroying shipping rates which of course will add to the already increasing price for Oil. Newt will start Drill Here Drill Now Pay Less II in an effort to make even more money of email addresses and libtards will take the opportunity to push for some type of vegan energy program. Of course this involves oil so George Bush will bare all the blame.
6. Harry Reid will lose his re-election bid. Still shaking and beginning to come loose at the sub-atomic level, Reid will go on an immediate offensive assisted by his MSM buddies howling that Big Oil, Drug companies and racist tea baggers are at fault. He will demand recounts and initiate lawsuits. Eventually as the particles begin to completely separate in their frantic zipping about the nearby presence of Nancy Pelosi’s comforting bony shoulder will draw them in like moths to a flame. Eventually they will completely meld together in a horrific act of science and nature nearly as unbelievable as Global Warming science and form an all new socialist super-candidate: Narry Apelosi. Blue dogs will piss themselves right into their true yellow color and do whatever the creature demands, lapping up the evil rhetoric as gospel. George Bush will be blamed. ;)

Scott Brown will upset Martha Coakley in the Massachusetts Senate Reace on 1/19/2010.
Democrats will lose 22 House seats and 5 Senate Seats in Novembver 2010.
Obama's approval rating will be below 40% at year end.
Right Track/Wrong Track numbers will be 70%+ Wrong Track by year end 2010.
Economics:
100+ Banks will be closed in 2010.
Dow Jones will hit 12,000 during 2010 but close below 10,000 by year end 2010.
Gold will hit $1400 an ounce.
Unemployment will remain over 10% throughout the year.
National Security:
There will be at least 4 months with no American Combat deaths in Iraq in 2010.
Machmoud Achmidinjead will be removed as President of Iran.
Russia and China will vote for at least one round of sanctions on Iran in the UN Security Council.

THE GHOST:
1. I predict that Russell Pearce will be caught-on-camera hiring an illegal immigrant at Home Deport to complete the chores on his "Honey-Do" list.
2. I predict that Governor Jan Brewer, Attorney General Tom Horne and State Treasurer Jim Waring will go "oldschool", bringing some long overdue nostalgic Desert Love to the citizens and government of the State of Arizona. (Even if we have to pay more for it - we are worth it!)
3. I predict that a Sonoran Alliance of Seeing Red Arizona blogs will come under fire as it becomes more & more obvious that GOP candidates and their campaign/PR managers are PAYING blog owners for ink space and FAKE buzz created by FAKE news.
HJS:
We are at war in different ways with Western Europe--who are slipping into radical Islam and only a new form of government (not the EU) will resolve the problem. We are at war with the radical Islamists, who are being funded by Liberals as well as the Islamic nations who say they are not funding them. And the American people understand that war has all but been declared on non-Liberals by people in congress and the Leftist administration. But worst of all, we are at war with the most egregious stupidity and ignorance ever seen on this planet. Will we ever touch that stupidity and ignorance. Yes--if we continue a stronger series of tea-parties and take a page out of the Leftist book--we go directly to the people with block parties, neighborhood conferences, and lots of local TV coverage. Ignorance is our worst enemy, and Leftism (which includes the media) is the source of that ignorance.
And finally my predictions. I think Gov. Jan Brewer will withstand the tremendous competition in the Primary and win the GOP Nomination, then narrowly defeat Terry Goddard for re-election as Governor.
I think Tom Horne will defeat Andrew Thomas in the GOP Primary and then defeat the Dem to become the next AG!
The Republicans will take back both the US House & Senate in 1994 proportions in 2010, sending a message to the Obamanation that he took the country 'way too far Left'!
And Sen. John McCain will EASILY defeat J.D. Hayworth (if he has the guts) in the US Senate Primary. Going to love watching all the McCain Haters SQUIRM when McCain is re-elected!
My wild card prediction: That PR Guru Jason "I never met a Tweet I didn't make up" Rose 's Hair will fall out after several defeats this fall. Only Phoenix Mayor Phil Gordon will stand by him, and for that everyone will feel sorry for him. Thank God for the Hair Club for Men?
