This clock started on election night, when the legislation first appeared on the Rules Committee website. If we’re to go by the Democrats’ word—this gives you until Friday night to get through all 1,990 pages of the bill.
In case you haven’t hunkered down to read the legislation yet, this handy tool will tell you just what page you should be on in order to be on track to finish reading the entire bill before Democrats can bring the legislation to the House floor for a vote.
