Well, the big deal is the lesson plan that the Department of Education sent directly to principals circumventing the local school boards and committees. In addition, the original act that created the DoE specifically prohibited them from producing lesson plans for public schools. Also, the Massachusetts Senate passed S.2028 The Pandemic Emergency Health Care Act which gives the Governor the power to declare a health emergency, restrict or prohibit the right of assembly, force property owners to permit inspection of their property, order mandatory vaccination and ensure compliance through the use of force not to mention up to 6 months in jail and fines of $1000 a day.
