President Obama to lecture on the use of credit.

On Thursday, May 14th President Obama is holding a Town Hall Meeting (He seems to like Town Halls a lot more now that Senator McCain isn't going to be at them.) to push for passage of the Credit Card Holder's Bill of Rights. It is at 10 am at Rio Rancho High School, in Albuquerque, NM.

There is a certain irony for the President and the Democratically controlled Congress who have committed nearly $15 trillion in stimulus and bailout money as well as proposing $10 Trillion in budget deficits over the next ten years to lecture us on the proper use of credit. You should ask yourself if you really want the same folks such as Rep. Barney Frank and Sen. Chris Dodd who instructed Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and the banking industry on how and to whom to make mortgage loans to be telling banks and credit card companies how to issue and price credit cards.

The folks who organized the
Albuquerque Tax Day Tea Party are planning to give the President a warm welcome and ask him to practice what he preaches when it comes to credit and debt. If you know any folks in New Mexico please let them know about this. Pass the link to this post on to your e-mail list, Twitter or Facebook. Call into Talk Shows to get the word out about The Albuquerque Tea Party Minutemen (and women) and their plans!

If you would like to try to attend the Town Hall you can request tickets at
