Just what is it about torture being illegal don't you understand? You may not understand that torture isn't a political policy, but you must realize that torture IS a felony! U.S. laws require the prosecution of felonies and those same laws are silent about a felons’ politics. Under the U.S. Constitution, the president must assure that the laws be faithfully executed. Are we a nation of scofflaws, or a nation of laws?
