Lunatics? By HJS

Would you bet your civil rights that a Federal Medical hack would determine that you are perfectly sane?

One of the unintended consequences of the universal healthcare plans (well, unintended as far as the people were concerned), is that once you are enrolled, guess who will have your private, confidential medical records?
And guess who can determine, on some basis not releasable to the public, that you are not 100 percent with respect to your mental health and consequently are not subject to Second Amendment protection? And guess who will be tossing that old Greener shotgun your grandfather left you into a scrap bin next to that cherished Luger your dad brought back from Germany after WWII?

Yep, crude rubes whose patriotism, honor, and morality do not rise to the level of a pimple on your grandfather’s backside will be mishandling parts of your heritage and disrespecting weapons from an age in which their kind would never survive. I have often heard the lament that “the lunatics are ruling the asylum.” To our great regret, things have gotten much worse. The lunatics, it would seem, are ruling Congress.
