Over 100 people attended the Swearing In Ceremony for Judge CLANCY JAYNE, the 1st Justice of the Peace for the new Desert Ridge Precinct.
CLANCY JAYNE, longtime Community Activist, Volunteer, & former State Legislator, received over 51,000 votes in the November 2008 election.
Richard Mallory managing partner of Snell and Wilmer conducted the swearing in.
Judge John Ore welcomed all to this January 5th event.
James Jayne installed the name plate and presented Judge Jayne with a gavel used by Judge Robert Vath Sr. in 1945 in Calexico, CA where he served as a Justice of the Peace.
Ephram Corvoda lead all in prayer and Fran McConnell leg the pledge.
Susan Fuchs of John C. Lincoln Hospital was the Master of Ceremonies.
A reception was held following the ceremony at the Deer Valley Airport Restaurant. Congratulations Judge Jayne, we know you will do a fabulous job as JP!
