From one of our Readers:
'Signs from the Tony Bouie Campaign were found vandalized. These two signs, one located @ 7th Avenue & Union Hills, the other @ 7th Avenue & Bell were defaced with a Racist flier stapled to the sign. Here is the Flier':
This BULLSHIT has gone on far enough! I have seen myself Bouie signs slashed or vandalized throught the District. How far does this crap have to go?

My family and I have seen Bouie signs cut in 1/2, some have only the words "Tony Bouie" cut out in a U shape and others have been stolen and replaced with Sam Crump signs. Crump even hijacked Bouie's metal stakes in several places.
I saw that Sam Crump paid one of his sons - several times - to put up signs.
Also, the area around 35th-43rd Ave right around Union Hills seems to be a hotbed of vandal activity against Tony Bouie's signs.
Funny, none of Precinct Committeemen living in that area have called the Phoenix Police to report the vandalism.
I'll have to see if there is a vocal Bouie Hater in that neighborhood.
It's a FELONY to tamper with the campaign signs.
I can't wait to see how the "conservative bloggs" like peeing red and snoring alliance will treat this. - Oh wait, they'll probably ignore it. Sort of like - If I ignore it it didn't happen.
It's a lot like trying to post on their bloggs - censorship is alive and well in AZ. If CT doesn't like what you have to say - it will not ever be posted.
Funny how signs put up last night in some Anthem polling places by the Bouie campaign 'mysteriously' disappeared overnight. If the 'smear campaign' run vs Tony Bouie by Con-Man Carl Seel & his butt buddy Rep. Beautiful works, I will open a "Pamdora's Box" on this mess that will end up as Nationwide news. In all the years I have lived here, I have NEVER seen such a nasty, vicious smear job on anyone. I have some faith in my fellow District 6 citizens and they should reject the lies from Seel/Beautiful.
Tony,
You may be interested to know that Seel's signs have been defaced too. Will you cover that?

I'll bet though, that Seel's signs didn't have "N***r" put on them. Not the same & don't even try to make it. It won't work.
Very weak anon. Bouie's campaign publicly called Seel and his supporters white supremacists. That is FAAAARRRR worse than some anonymous idiot, probably you, to help Bouie, pasting something racist to his sign that no one can see because it's so small. After all, no one is calling Bouie a racist, but Bouie's campaign is calling Seel one. No one in the Seel campaign has proven to have been involved in any of Bouie's signs being defaced. But Bouie's wife has personally called all Seel supporters white supremacists. If you want to qualify this in favor of your candidate, so be it, but you pretzel logic reveals itself.

NO ONE and I repeat NO ONE believes that Sam Crump and Carl Seel are the "victims" in this campaign. Well, maybe they do but they don't count.
To the "Couple most likely to get divorced in the first 6 months"......nice try at a "one up". You've once again, showed all of your cards.
All of the non Kool-Aid drinkers (including many working in politics) had already predicted w/ 100% certainty that Crump would create a "DRAMA" like this. But, then again.....he's not in the loop, so he wouldn't have known that. HA, HA, LOL!!
Fact is that about 50 people within the Republican Party have said......."Just wait...Crump is going to pull a fast one."
I'm sure Crump's law firm has a security camera that will show which employee, son, daughter, wife, candidate, friend or foe placed all of the signs conveniently in front of Sam's office.
Funny - did anyone else notice that none of the CRUMP/SEEL signs had any wire stakes in them? The only way to get them like that is.....from the PRINTER.
What idiots. "Hey, someone broke into my trunk and stole all of these signs, had different people write all over them and then put them by my secretary."
He might have a law degree but he has no game.
Tony Bouie should change his affiliation to Democrat where we actively promote African-American politicans.
Klute I agree with you. In a couple of days, look for the entire truth to come out on this entire debacle. This could make national news?
I wouldn't blame Bouie, if he left the Republican Party. The smear campaign by Seel and later Crump is shameful at best. I am terribly disappointed in the voters of LD6 that they would believe all the negative mailers sent out by the Seel camp. I thought by now that people wouldn't fall for the lies, but I guess I was wrong. I guess the residents of LD6 will suffer the consequences of their foolish choices.
Tony Goprano, can you give us a hint about what's inside your pandora's box? How long until you open up the box? I'm sure there are lots of us who would love to know what's really going on here. It's obvious there is more to the story, and the Crump and Seel camps are going to great lengths to keep that from surfacing. Is it something that voters should know, because they wouldn't vote for them if they knew the truth?
And Tony, beyond my usual snark, I make that comment with honesty. There are a lot of convservative Democrats I do NOT agree with and wish they would change their opinion on things, but the one thing you can never accuse Democrats of (at least since we purged the Dixiecrats from the party) is not promoting and standing behind minority politicans.
I know you're not going to change beliefs and/or parties, but it's just something to chew over.
Wow TonyGOPrano, this thread is giving Shane a run for the $$$.
Let the festivities begin..........
To Anon and others,
Stay Tuned. Saturday will be the day the truth is finally revealed about this ugly contest. The truth will hurt some; others will be set free!
In AZ CDs 04 & 07, which are safe Democratic majority-Latino seats, the Republican party has nominated two candidates who are basically nutjobs. I am not referring to their political views. This is an embarrassment to the party.
In other states, the Republican party usually finds conservative Latino Republican candidates to run.
It is not really a good thing to chase members of racial and ethnic minorities to the opposing political party. The demographic trends in the U.S. make this position a sure loser.
The millennial generation (people now between 18-30) are not only more nonwhite and more Hispanic than any previous generation in U.S. history react to racism really badly. Some of the most anti-racist students I've had in colleges are conservative Republicans. This just turns them off.
