This morning in Green Bay, WI - JOHN MCCAIN Outlined his plan to Fix the Economy. Unlike his competitor, Barack Obama, who refused to put forth a plan until he has time to talk to his Economic Advisors (like Jim Johnson & Franklin Raines both former heads of Fannie Mae who's demise started this economic downfall), MCAIN has a distinct and clear plan of action:
