"ACLU Tim Nelson Will Say Anything to Get Elected"
TIM NELSON was a high-level Janet Napolitano advisor not just for her at the governor's office but also when she was AG, and she's been raising money for him - do we want Napolitano's handpicked candidate as county attorney? In his work for the ACLU, he sued the City of Gilbert for one of its many generic "proclamations," which was declaring "Bible Week."
There's a quote on the side of the site about how proud he is to work for the ACLU. He has been accused of posting anonymous comments after newspaper articles pretending to be someone else, which is one of the blog posts.
"I am proud that, in the mid-1990s, I represented several
clients, including the American Civil Liberties Union, in their fight to protect freedom of conscience in the state of Arizona." -Tim Nelson, Press Release, April 29, 2008
We hear a large number of his contributions are coming from criminal defense attorneys. So to elect him would be like putting the fox in charge of the henhouse. We can expect to see an increase in crime rates if the criminal defense attorneys are running things.

Yeah, good thing we found out that Tim Nelson defended the United States Constitution. We definitely need fewer people defending that. We certainly don't want out publicly-elected attorneys defending the Constitution. We certainly want more newspaper publishers thrown in jail.
You remember the Constitution, right? It's that thing that our soldiers are fighting for?
Tim Nelson is an amazing, decent man who believes in the law and protecting the public. Andrew Thomas has created a mockery of the judicial system and promoted himself with his no plea policy, charging people with lesser crimes to begin with. If you have ever been a victim or known a victim of a crime in Maricopa County, they will probably have some choice words for him. The police force is overworked and understaffed because his office doesn't prosecute according to the law. If you want to continue cracking down on illegals because of their status and not because of criminal activity, then keep Andrew in office. If you want to protect the people, then vote or a man with integrity and a true understanding of the law, not just his politics.
