"A Clean Elections complaint is likely pending against
Carl Seel because of a mailer he sent to voters earlier this month and the comments he submitted to Clean Elections for their Candidate Statement Pamphlet,
both of which urged voters to support both him and Rep. Sam Crump. The mailer was paid for only by Seel's campaign."
