BREAKING NEWS: LAWSUIT FILED vs CLEAN ELECTIONS TO ELIMINATE 'MATCHING FUNDS' PROVISION

A Lawsuit was filed yesterday in the United States District Court of Arizona to have the Matching Funds provision of the Arizona Clean Elections Act (A.R.S. 16-901) declared unconstitutional.

Clint Bolick of the Goldwater Institute is the attorney for the Plantiffs. This case will have far reaching consequences for the future of Clean Elections: a good idea at first, but since its' implementation has proven to be a huge failure.

The Supreme Court decision several weeks ago gives this case a real good chance of being successful. All elections will be significantly changed in Arizona if this is successful. Hurrah for conservatives and free speech advocates!
