From the TIM BEE Campaign: "Largest fundraising event in Tucson history"

Largest fundraising event in Tucson history

Kenski poll indicates incumbent vulnerable

Tucson, AZ – Senator Tim Bee’s campaign released initial estimates from the fundraising event featuring President Bush. Over 400 supporters attended the sold out event with the expected donations raised to well exceed $500,000. Final numbers will be released on the next scheduled FEC filing.

The boost of financial support comes on the heels of an Arizona Opinion poll that indicates Ms. Giffords is a very vulnerable Democratic incumbent. Bee trails the incumbent 40%-47% with 13% undecided. According to Margaret Kenski, the well-respected southern Arizona pollster, the race becomes even more competitive when the issues are discussed.
Senator Bee’s fundraiser has raised the bar for future events in Tucson.

Soooo... You're saying Gabby's winning both on name recognition AND on the issues? And John McCain's coattails are doing nothing to lift Tim Bee up... in McCain's own homestate.

Man - Tim's going to need every penny of Bush's dollars to try to make up that deficit.

Hey, is Tim going to release any pictures of him shaking hands with Captain 28%?
