I had the pleasure the other day to meet a new, exciting candidate for State Representative.TONY V. BOUIE, who is running for the seat being held currently by Rep. DOUG CLARK (who is not running for re-election), brings some fresh ideas and business experience to this race.
Tony holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Media Arts from the University of Arizona (1994), a Masters of Arts in Literacy and Education from the University of Arizona (1997) and a Masters of Business Administration from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University (2005).
Tony played baseball and football in college. He was a consensus All American in football and played 4 years for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the National Football League.
Tony has served on the University of Arizona National Alumni Board of Directors and is past Vice President of the University of Arizona Maricopa County Black Alumni Association.
He was also inducted into the University of Arizona Sports Hall of Fame in 2000.
Tony raises his family, two daughters, with his wife in Anthem Arizona. Tony and his family are members of Christ Church of the Valley in Peoria, AZ.

We all will mis Doug Clark but it appears Mr. Bouie will bring a breath of fresh air to L.D.-6.

Horst I fully agree that Mr. Bouie will be an excellent State Representative for District 6. Getting some fresh new faces in Arizona politics is a good thing. Doug Clark has done a fine job as Rep. Tony Bouie will continue Mr. Clark's record of working hard for his constituents...
