While Gabby Giffords spent time hob-knobbing with the VIP's, Senate President Tim Bee visited with the truly important, the real people of Marana. Bee circulated throughout the huge crowds speaking with hundreds.
Gabby was playing it up for the "A-list" crowd, then mingled for about half an hour with the voters. For nearly TEN hours, Tim Bee was engaged with the throngs of Maranans interested in talking politics with the President of the Senate.
Independents, Democrats, & Republicans alike voiced tremendous support for the Senator's efforts in bringing true Southern Arizonan representation back to Congressional District 8."
