Despite the best efforts of Fox News, Sean Hannity, Rush 'Oxi-Contin' Limbaugh, Arizona Senator JOHN McCAIN has won the Florida Republican Primary for President!
Senator McCain wins all 59 delegates from FL. He won tonight's race by 5% (as of this writing 80% of the vote has been counted).
You can't say Senator McCain hasn't won in a Republican Only Primary. He just did. Outspent by his chief competitor almost 10 to 1, McCain won Florida with a high turnout (30% higher than the last election). Florida is a very diverse state; more of what America is like than any other state that has held a Primary or Caucus to date.
I want to see what the Sonoran-Seeing Red-Political Intel-Heat-RSA- Alliance has to say about Senator McCain HUGE victory tonight? I invite them to come aboard the McCain Victory Express!
As I have said all along, and NO ONE can disagree that I have said it, JOHN McCAIN WILL BE THE REPUBLICAN NOMINEE for President and defeat ANY of the D's candidates. He WILL BE the next President of the United States!
John McCain WILL UNITE US ALL vs the Democrats. He will make one Hell of a great President!

Cheers to that.
Super Tuesday should be fun and exciting for all McCain supporters, even the ones who haven't jumped on the McCain express yet...
I had promised the Seeing Red folks that I would not gloat and I shall keep my word.
So I'll celebrate Senator McCain's win in Florida just quietly and privately among many of his friends.
I agree Horst, this is far from over. Those of us who support McCain have a lot of work to do between now and Super Tuesday. But John McCain, with his victory tonight, proves that he can win over Republicans, Senior Citizens, Military, Hispanics, all the groups he will need to defeat the D's in the General Election. Dick Morris just said that he thought McCain would win the nomination. He is right!
Congratulations, Tony. You have cause for satisfaction. On the GOP side, this is over. Giuliani endorses McCain tomorrow and Huckabee endorses him next week. The GOP has made its choice.
Pray for Hillary. Your guy has a great shot. If they nominate Obama, you encounter forces never faced before.
Enjoy your hard won evening. You've got the GOP nod. No way this can turn around. McCain has won what he should have won in 2000, and I would have voted for him in the general in 2000.
For want of a nail the horse was lost...
Tonight was a great victory involving one man and tens of thousands of people who worked to support him.
We have a great deal of work to do to solidify this gain. The Giuliani emdorsement will help us win Califonnia, New York and New Jersey.
WHere we go from there is up to hard work.
