The Danish Problem - Could it be Ours?
Pasted here is one more report of the immigrant invasion of Europe. The late Oriana Fallaci (1) and others tried to warn Europe and the United States about the consequences of unrestricted and unfiltered immigration. Europe was taken to the brink before the citizenry finally managed to throw out the Liberals. Holland too, almost succumbed and some folks believe it is too late for her. It took new, conservative leadership to take Europe back from the brink of extinction--unchecked Liberalism brought them there. Liberalism will soon take us there if we are not more careful with our votes. We are our own worst enemy; we tend to believe people. Liberals know that and are not beyond telling us what we want to hear, even though what they are planning to do is just the opposite.
The European religious organizations encouraged much of the Middle Eastern immigration into Europe. (Axiom: Politicians and Liberals who should know better, don't.) If their spokesmen continue to encourage the same here, with respect to illegal aliens, then those spokesmen are no better than the politicians whose motives, agenda, and cognitive ability are at least suspect. Bishops are no less vulnerable to perception and cognition deprivation than our politicians, according to some of their own discordant pronouncements. Indeed, we have over the years seen an erosion of good sense among our politicians and their fellow travelers. Another axiom could warn us not to expect politicians and Liberals to have the same good sense as the people who work for a living.
The following text is typical of what has happened throughout Europe since the French urged Europe's Liberal leaders to agree to the Euro-Arab Dialogues in December 1973. Click here for a brief view of the disastrous Euro-Arab Dialogues.
(1) NOTE: Oriana is the only journalist to interview the late Ayatollah Khomeini, spending six hours with him. At one point, she bravely tore off her chador and threw it at him, calling it "a stupid, mediaeval rag". Her books The Rage and the Pride and The Force of Reason are beyond belief. She was under indictment in European courts and under death threats from immigrants for writing those books.

Salute the Danish Flag! - It's a Symbol of Western Freedom by Susan MacAllen
July 23, 2007
In 1978-9 I was living and studying in Denmark. An elderly woman to whom I was close said something to me one day that puzzled me for many years after. I forget what the context of our conversation was, but she commented that I - as a young American in Denmark - should not let any Dane scold me about the way America had treated its black population, because the Danes in her view treated their immigrants at least as badly. I wasn't sure which immigrants she meant, so I asked her. She answered that she meant those from the Middle East.
But in 1978 - even in Copenhagen, one didn't see these Muslim immigrants. The Danish population embraced visitors, celebrated the exotic, went out of its way to protect each of its citizens. It was proud of its new brand of socialist liberalism - one in development since the conservatives had lost power in 1929 - a system where no worker had to struggle to survive, where one ultimately could count upon the state as in, perhaps, no other western nation at the time. The rest of Europe saw the Scandinavians as free-thinking, progressive and infinitely generous in their welfare policies. Denmark boasted low crime rates, devotion to the environment, a superior educational system and a history of humanitarianism.
Denmark was also most generous in its immigration policies - it offered the best welcome in Europe to the new immigrant: generous welfare payments from first arrival plus additional perks in transportation, housing and education. It was determined to set a world example for inclusiveness and multiculturalism. How could it have predicted that one day in 2005 a series of political cartoons in a newspaper would spark violence that would leave dozens dead in the streets - all because its commitment to multiculturalism would come back to bite?
