Who said Phoenix isn't a Major League Sports City?

63,000 + Fans in Glendale last night for the Arizona Cardinals 33 - 31 loss to the San Diego Chargers.
Matt Leinart played the entire 1st half as the Cards & Chargers were tied @ 17.
Last season, the Chargers went 14-2 (best record in the NFL). Granted they played without
LaDainian Tomlinson, the top Running Back last season,
but the Cards held their own with the Chargers.....

Over @ Chase Field, over 46,000 + fans enjoyed the Arizona Diamondsbacks 3 - 1 voctory over the Chicago Cubs. Connor Jackson hit a 2 run home run for the victory which keeps the D-Backs in 1st place by 2 full games over the San Diego Padres....
As a native born Phoenician, I never could have imagined
having the top 4 Sports leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, & NHL)
here. To see attendance like this, in August, is spectacular!
