Congratulations to our friends over at the 'Arizona 8th' Blog for their newest Blogger, former AZ National Committeeman, Mike Hellon. He asks an interesting question? When Sen. John McCain IS elected President in 2008, who will his replacement be in the Senate?
Hellon goes on to speculate about this in his post. Reliable sources tell 'Politico Mafioso' that when this happens, Gov. Janet "Veto" Napolitano will choose former AZ Attorney General Grant Woods. Woods, who has inflamed many Republicans with his endorsements of Democrats, has long positioned himself with the Governor just for this very position. Unfortunately for Mr. Woods, he will have a very difficult time winning even a Republican Primary for the US Senate.
