Randy Pullen, newly elected Chairman of the Arizona Republican Party has a real lucky number. The number 4 has been very good to Mr. Pullen. He has now won 2 elections, both by 4 votes. He won yesterday, which just happened to be on the 4th Saturday in January. This guy should jump on the red-eye to Las Vegas!
