Going into the 2009-10 NBA season, the PHOENIX SUNS were a forgotten team. Picked to finish from 4th to 8th in the Western Conference, this team has started the season 5 -1.Last night's 110 - 103 victory over the previously undefeated Boston Celtics show this SUNS team is for real!
When the SUNS this last summer basically 'gave away' Shaquille O'Neal for nothing, many (including me) thought this team could be finished. But just the opposite has occurred.
Freeing up the 'Middle' has opened up the game for 2 Time NBA MVP STEVE NASH, and AMARE STOUDEMIRE, who is coming off an eye injury from last season.
Jason Richardson had his best game as a SUN with 33 points. The SUNS are now 2 -1 on this East Coast road trip. Great start by the PHOENIX SUNS!!! THIS TEAM IS FOR REAL!!!
